Working out at the gym is hard and tiring, and after you've sweated it out it might not always yield the exact results you want but this fitness coach is here to tell you it's important not to give up on your road to improving your body and mind just because of a body hang-up.
Listen up ya'll 'cause health and fitness coach Caleh Cristler has a message for you, and it's a doozy: don't let your body hang-ups stop you from reaching your fitness goal. The mum-of-three shared a snap on her Instagram which showed her proudly displaying her loose skin - acquired after having her baby girl four months ago.
While Cristler appreciates the physical benefits of fitness, she is keen to point out you are more than just the way you look.
"Please do not let the fear of loose skin, stretch marks, cellulite, or anything else, stop you from reaching your goals," she says in her empowering post. "What if you have loose skin? Girl, what if you uncover an amazing warrior who is the strongest mentally, physically, and emotionally that she has ever been? Are you going to let some jiggle stop you? Don't you dare."
"But what if I have loose skin?" 🙈 Please do not let the fear of loose skin, stretch marks, cellulite, or anything else, stop you from reaching your goals. What if you have loose skin? Girl, what if you uncover an amazing warrior who is the strongest mentally, physically, and emotionally that she has ever been? Are you going to let some jiggle stop you? Don't you dare. Caleh then goes on to tell her fans they're not alone in their insecurities - everyone has issues with some part of their body, but it's up to you to decide how you deal with that.

9 months in and 4 months out! 💜 Mamas, don't rush your bodies. It takes TIME and every body is different. Cuddle your babies, take care of yourself, and take your time. Start with nutrition and then gently add that exercise in. • • Having 3 babies and gaining a lot of weight has definitely changed my body. I've got stripes, loose skin, and the evidence of multiple c-sections. But guess what? I feel awesome. I feel confident. Am I where I want to be? Not yet! But I'm feeling so good about this progress. 30 min daily workouts + portioned nutrition + accountability = success every single time. • • It doesn't matter where you're at in your journey, if you're needing to shake things up, I would love to help! My Better Together Project is absolutely amazing and these girls are ROCKING it! Why aren't you joining us? Don't listen to the excuses, don't let yourself stay in the same patterns, take a leap and change. You just need one minute of courage. Just one. Shoot me a message, email me (link in bio), or comment below "more info". Let's do this together! ✌🏼

We hear that, girl! Forget cellulite and stretch marks, it's all about being happy in mind and body. We think this is as good a time as any to celebrate ourselves with a gin and tonic - the body hangups can wait.
