Pamela Anderson dumps toyboy for Dancing on Ice partner Matt Evers
Pamela Anderson has reportedly been swept off her ice skates by her Dancing On Ice partner Matt Evers.
While everyone else has been busy speculating on Samia Ghadie and Slyvain Longchambon’s love life, Pamela and Matt’s romantic relationship has largely taken place under the radar.
Sadly for the 45-year-old mother-of-two, they were the first pair to be eliminated from the show after a wardrobe malfunction caused a near nipple-slip.
Although this unfortunately cut their time together short, allegedly the pair are still very much an item and are planning to go public with their romance in March.
A source confessed to The Mirror that the pair had “instant chemistry”, adding: “Matt is moping around like a love-sick puppy while Pammy keeps reassuring him how much she feels for him.
“They cannot wait to see each other again.”
Their romance only developed after intensive rehearsals in November and December, with the pair unable to stay away from each other over the Christmas and New Year’s Eve break.
The insider revealed: “Matt stayed with Pamela at her house in Malibu shortly before Christmas and they also went out for a couple of dinners in LA.
“She invited him to be her guest of honour at her New Year’s Eve party at the Dorchester in London, and it was then something first happened.”
But it wasn’t until the show actually kicked off in January that the friendship is said to have changed into something more.
The source continued: “During filming Pammy was renting a cottage and Matt stayed with her.
“After going shopping together, and Matt lugging back all her groceries, they were joking about how domesticated they’d become.”
Currently the former Baywatch star has flown back to the US, but she’s set to return to the UK in March for the final of the ITV1 ice-skating series.
In the meantime Pamela’s allegedly frozen out her toyboy lover Jesus Villa - a Cirque du Soleil performer - who she hasn’t been seen with since December.
Last night a spokeswoman for 36-year-old Matt confirmed the relationship, adding: “They formed a very close bond and have made plans to see each other in the very near future.”
As they’ll be on opposite sides of the pond for the next seven weeks, the DOI couple are said to be in constant telephone contact.
The source added: “No one imagined they would get together but after spending more and more time together away from the rink, things started to progress.
