If Millie Mackintosh and Kelly Clarkson's weddings weren't enough to get you feeling all romantic then here's another A-list wedding to ooh and ahh over. Christina Ricci and long term boyfriend James Heerdegan got hitched over the weekend in New York.
The couple exchanged vows with family and friends in the lavish Harold Pratt House and Peterson Hall in Manhattan.
Christina, 33, wore a stunning Givenchy haute couture wedding gown in white silk tulle with appliqué of Chantilly lace and satin piping, embroidered with micro pearls and a veil to match.
Her tresses were bridal ready in an elegant side-swept bun. How’s that for a show-stopping entrance on the aisle!
The wedding included a cocktail hour for guests to enjoy before re-joining the newlyweds after the ceremony. Not a bad arrangement as it gave the couple time to spend time together before the festivities got into full swing.
Christina hooked up with her camera technician beau on the set of former 2011 ABC series Pan Am. Their relationship was made public in February 2012.
One year later, Christina confirmed their engagement when she stepped out showing off her sparkler at a promotional event in LA.
In July the actress expressed her excitement at being engaged telling People.com: "'Fiancé' instead of 'boyfriend' is my favourite thing, I can't wait for 'husband' because then I can really throw my weight around – 'My husband's going to come down here and talk to you!' That's a huge threat."
