Plenty of big name celebs were in attendance with the likes of Rita Ora, Kylie Minogue, Victoria Beckham, Rebel Wilson, Cara Delevingne and Jessie J - all adding some A-list shine to the proceedings.
As well as a range of celebs, the red carpet played host to a variety of looks with Jenna-Louise Coleman arriving in a strapless grey gown and topknot combo, model Jourdan Dunn's sleek LBD look and Ellie Goulding's questionable printed dress.
Cara Delevingne broke the red carpet rule book by sporting a grungy T-shirt, messed up locks, a pair of smart black slacks and ruby heels.
Meanwhile Jessie J looked polished in a blue tunic trouser suit, complete with bright yellow talons and bauble earrings that would give Pat Butcher a run for her money.
As for the other snappy dressers in attendance, points have to go to Myleene Klass and Samantha Barks who both wore shocking pink frocks. Samantha stole the show though with her twisted halter-neck dress and picked up the Pandora Breakthrough Award for her role in Les Miserables.
Accepting her award from model presenter duo Jourdan Dunn and David Gandy, she said: "Thank you so much... Les Mis was the most amazing experience of my life..."
We totally have a new fashion muse!
Other celebs on our best dressed list include new mum Fearne Cotton, her blue Jonathan Saunders frock looked incredible against her blonde tresses and her choice of canary heels was inspired. But other than these brave souls the colour palette on the red carpet was decidedly dreary. Even boundary pusher Rita Ora went for a conventional embellished dress in a safe champagne hue - we expected more!
