Keira Knightley donned a Chanel Haute Couture dress from the fashion house’s Spring/Summer 2006 collection to last night’s SeriousFun London Gala. Perhaps this wouldn’t be so odd if it weren’t the first time she’d worn the frock to a highly photographed event!
Keira debuted the tulle Chanel dress in 2008 at a Bafta party. She paired it with opaque black tights, black heels, and a black blazer. Her other accessory? Now ex-boyfriend Rupert Friend, who appears beside her in photos from that night.
She chose this same dress again for her wedding in May of this year. She wore it with a classic cropped bouclé Chanel jacket, a flower garland in her hair, and Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses. Fabulously chic, if we may say.
And last night marks the third time she’s picked the now infamous dress. This time she styled it with gold Jimmy Choo sandals. Looking good and doing good – we knew we loved that girl.
SeriousFun is a children’s network funded by Paul Newman. The organisation provides positive, recreational experiences to help children with serious illnesses reach beyond the limits of their medical conditions.
