It pulls the biggest stars
The calibre of celebrity guests at Burberry is second to none. Anna Wintour wouldn't miss it for the world and neither would Harry Styles who is a Burberry front-row regular.
From the rich and famous to the famous and the rich, the Burberry arrivals this year were more star studded than ever with the likes of Poppy Delevingne, Naomie Harris, Bradley Cooper and Paloma Faith and make-up sensation Tanya Burr showing up to add some glam factor.
Bradley Cooper swooning at Suki Waterhouse
One of the best things about this season's Burberry catwalk? The fact that new face of the brand, Suki Waterhouse, was walking in the show and her boyfriend Bradley Cooper was sat in the front row beaming at her and just falling in love with her on the runway. So sweet. So cute. We're dying.
You recognise the models
Only the very best walk for Burberry, and just like train spotters get excited about seeing certain models, so do we. This season we clocked Cara Delevinge (obvs), Hollywood darling Suki Waterhouse, London lass Jourdan Dunn and the new face to watch Edie Campbell, strutting their stuff down the catwalk.
Bigger is better handbags
One of the best things to come out of this season's Burberry show? The fact we now have licence to have BIG handbags. We're talking about seriously over-sized, life-in-a-bag type handbags. Forget about micro backpacks and palm size clutches. Their autumn/winter collection was bursting with bigger is better handbags that were unashamedly huge. And we approve. In a big way.
You can wear a blanket and call it fashion
Hoorah for Burberry. They've pretty much made the peasant shawl and sofa slanket acceptable outer wear for this coming autumn/winter. Their latest collection was awash with oversized scarves. Whether you drape a scarf/shawl over one shoulder or strap it into your coat belt, wearing a shawl is seriously stylish (and utterly snuggly). We love you Burbs.
A new way to wear your coat?
Zips? Yawn. Buttons? Meh. Slightly gaping and gathered with a kimono style belt? Chic, fabulous and OMG. Burberry have given us a new way to wear our winter coats to look effortlessly elegant at all times. Love that.
You hear the hottest tunes
The runway shows for Burberry are always set to hot music and this season was no different. The fashion mayhem unravelled to the dulcet tones of Paloma Faith, where her song, Just Be was given an acoustic spin - providing the perfect soundtrack for the new season.
The collection!
Burberry's fall/winter collection was a tribute to boho chic with a blend of shearling, clashing prints, texture play, sheer and wool. We're totally smitten with their new take on Boho. Bring on the new season!
