Brit brand Mulberry is launching their new vintage-inspired Primrose Collection this week - the last handbag to be designed under the creative direction of Emma Hill.
The super-soft satchel is all kinds of feminine as Mulberry presents a more elegant take on their iconic power tote.
Still featuring their postman's lock closure and structured handle, the new Primrose bag is the perfect blend of designer diva and amped-up vintage.
Emma Hill says: "Primrose has a beautiful elegance, a softly rounded vintage-inspired shape and signature Mulberry hardware.
"I love the postman's lock - it's an iconic piece of detailing that we use time and time again, but for Primrose we updated it to open on a sideways hinge, holding a belt tab to secure the simple flap closure."
As for handbag hues, take your pick between muted and vibrant shades including Deer Brown, Bright Red, Taupe Silky and Aubergine.
Hill tells us how to hold the Primrose: "She can be carried by the top handle, very proper and ladylike, or worn more casually by her adjustable shoulder strap." Casual Mulberry? Who'd have thought it.
Price points start at £1,200 and go up to £2,500.
