Nicola's bored looking after the kids and Jimmy's been up all night looking at the books for Rakesh. She offers to take a look for him whilst he sorts the kids out. Both realise they need to swap roles when Nicola tells Jimmy she's sorted the paperwork as well as reorganised the rota. They're both thrilled with Nicola's suggestion of Jimmy becoming a full time dad.
Rakesh is stung when Kirin tells him how good Rishi's been but Kirin is struggling with a crying Johnny; he’s clearly not coping. Diane has a plan although Pollard isn’t keen.
