When Sister Ruth leaves, an overwhelmed Kat struggles to come to terms with everything and she finds herself confiding in Kim who encourages her to get answers. At home, Kat angrily demands the truth from Mo and Charlie but just who knows what?
Meanwhile, a manic Stacey arrives at the church seeking safety and she is surprised when she finds Dot. Events takes a turn however when Kat storms in and reveals that her baby was taken away from her, forcing Stacey to panic and fear for her son’s safety once more. As Kat worries about Stacey's erratic behaviour, Charlie has a heart attack.
With the help of Masood, Shabnam is later left elated however when Jade arrives for dinner.
After making a deal with Babe, Tamwar tells Nancy they're taking over the kitchen in The Vic for the day. At the hospital, Alfie for his scan but when he realises that he is going to miss Bobby's boarding school interview.
