Kim Kardashian is starting a strict diet in a bid to lose the baby weight as soon as possible.
The new mother dealt with significant changes to her body during her pregnancy and now that she's had the baby, she's keen to get her bikini bod back.
She's reportedly banned herself from eating sweets and she is trying to decide on an exercise regime for when she's allowed back in the gym.
Kim has also issued a plea to all well-wishers not to send any "temptations" to the hospital - she's happily collecting bouquets of flowers, but turning away chocolate.
A source told Us Weekly: "She has over 30 bouquets from loved ones. She told everyone not to bring sweets - she doesn't need any temptations."
It's believed that Kim and her new little one will stay with the doctors until her daughter, who was five weeks premature, reaches five pounds.
When that does happen, it's believed Kim may turn to personal trainer Gunnar Peterson.
Gunnar is the man responsible for Kim's sister Khloe's impressive 25lbs recent weight loss.
The source added: "She's already looking ahead to when she can exercise again.
"She really wants to get back into shape. It's important to her."
While the 32-year-old is busy dreaming of the days she can get fit again, her boyfriend and new dad Kanye West has apparently been penning tracks in their daughter's honour.
A source chatted to Life & Style magazine: "He's been really inspired by the birth, he's written four songs already.
"Kanye is actually really being good right now."
Next on the agenda? Apparently the couple's wedding.
With their new tot the pair are all set to tie the knot, especially as Kim's divorce from Kris Humpries was finalised at the beginning of this month.
A source told People magazine: "They'll start planning their next project, a wedding, sooner rather than later.
"He definitely wants to marry her, he hasn't left her side."
Before that happens, they are apparently planning to move in with Kris Jenner, Kim's mother, for help with the newborn.
An insider told Hollywood Life: "All that's going to happen is that the family is going to wait on Kim hand-and-foot and do everything around the house while she and Kanye just chill with the baby. That sounds like a deal.
"It's like first class service all the way at Kim's mum's house."
They added: "They want to take their girl home and love her and begin this journey together.
"They're very thankful for the way they've been treated, and the hospitality [at the hospital] is amazing. But it's nothing like being at home, in your own space, with your own things."
We're sure Kris is thrilled to have another baby to be 'grand-momager' to!
