The latest body confident campaign #ThighReading has landed and it's already gaining major steam on social media.
Women are taking pictures of stretch marks, cellulite, veins and scars all under the hashtag, to encourage women to embrace their imperfections.
Twitter user @princess_labia (What a girl) kicked off the hashtagging trend when she posted her thigh-flaunting photo along with the caption, "palm readings <<<< thigh readings."
The body confidence advocate told MTV, "I wasn’t thinking I was creating a hashtag, ’cause I post pictures of my body and my body 'flaws', I was just sitting on the couch with my legs crisscrossed and I was just looking at my stretch marks and feeling them, because they’re kind of deep some places [...], I was just looking at it and I was like, "oh, it’s like a palm reading."'
Since her post, hundreds of women have been sharing their photos and encouraging others to feel body confident, 'flaws' and all.
