Can We Talk About Miley Cyrus' Tribute To Her Dead Fish Please?

We don't want to be insensitive to Miley, because I'm sure most of us have had a pet that we've loved very much before. But normally when our pet fish dies, we may shed a tear but eventually that little water-dweller will be flushed away to the great toilet bowl in the sky. Miley, on the other hand, wrote her fish a tribute song then tearfully performed it and posted it on Facebook. Because duh.

Miley's pet blowfish Pablow the Blow Fish died, and naturally the pop star dealt with her grief by writing a song about her fishy friend, performing it through tears then putting it on Facebook. Now, we know people can have deep relationships with their pets and love them very much, and we don't want to be at all insensitive to Miley's grief.

But - but - the lyrics.

Miley sang: "On Saturday night we all went out to eat but I can never decide so someone chose sushi. I got soup and I ordered rice. But watching my friends eat my friends ruined my appetite."

Hang on. There's more: "I heard of a seahorse named Sadie. I heard she was quite the lady. Maybe you could find her and make babies. That would be kind of crazy."

UM. What?!
