In the 48 hours of being on Instagram, Angry Pearl already has over 7,000 Instagram followers and is on the front page of Reddit, not because she is especially sweet or fluffy like many Internet cats, but because her face looks like she will never enjoy anything and would happily kill you in your sleep. According to her owners, Pearl was adopted because she looked so unhappy at the local shelter and they hoped "a warm loving home would help." However, they have still declared that the frowning feline is "still the harbinger of death." What makes the whole evil cat thing extra amusing are the captions that accompany them. For example, this one reads: "Rub thy belly, human, and I will spare your life in the end." Outstanding.
