When it was announced that IT girl and Kendall Jenner confidant, Gigi Hadid, would be the newest face of beauty brand Maybelline it just made so much sense. The girl was just born with it.

Gigi Hadid has a new gig to add to her growing resume. Aside from blonde bombshell and unicorn, the 19-year-old model can now declare herself the new face of Maybelline. The superb beauty took to her Instagram several hours ago to casually announce the exciting news.

"Tell us something you have never told anyone else," an off-screen interviewer says to Gigi. The model then replied, "I'm the new face of Maybelline New York." It comes as little surprise that the clip ended with a genuinely exuberant smile. This is a big deal and should be treated as such.

In case you needed a little FYI, Gigi has been making waves in the fashion world since last year when she starred in the Tom Ford fragrance campaign, graced the Chanel runway, and posed for the Pirelli calendar (just to name a few of her jobs). This year, she secured a Guess campaign. Yeah, girlfriend pretty much stays booked.
