The collection itself features a succession of very imposing, statuesque models. Acres of tulle have been carefully assembled in a thick layer and sheared into topiary shapes. The overall effect is a group of singular shapes that produce interesting, geometric silhouettes. Colours are straight out of the Eighties.
While Viktor & Rolf's vision of summer 2010 is certaintly different, the collection is lacks a little in finesse for our liking and the experimental cuts are difficult to carry off.
