Alicia is stressed out about her wedding and her boiler breaking, and when Val accidentally burns her hair whilst getting her ready, it only adds insult to injury. Val worries about Priya spoiling the wedding and explains why to Alicia, who suspects she is right when Priya sees her in the window and gives her a death glare. Over at Pollard’s place, David is violently sick, making things for the wedding even worse.
Megan wallows being alone at Christmas in a hotel. Declan and Charity have a depressed drink together as Jai watches. Meanwhile, an extremely guilty Sam sneaks back to Home Farm and replaces the stolen presents, accidentally knocking over the tree on his way out. Megan is surprised when she returns home to see the state of the place and goes to look for Declan. Declan then comes back with Charity, who promptly leaves when Declan acts fairly crazy, but worries about him and returns to find him dousing everything with petrol and setting the house alight.
Sam proposes to a delighted Rachel at Robblesfield Rock, even if the ring is blue and plastic.
Elsewhere, Kerry and Dan’s Christmas gets a bit disastrous when Kerry burns the turkey. And will Arthur get what he wants for Christmas?
