Though Pollard promises Val he'll stop bothering Amy about Kyle, it's clear he's taking action. He finds her phone and heads to Joanie - Amy soon catches on.
Pollard tells Joanie Amy is Kyle's real mum and he's shocked when he realises Joanie didn't know. Pollard tries to reason with her but Joanie is adamant Amy won't go near Kyle again.
Elsewhere, Moira doesn't want to go to John's mum for money so she reluctantly accepts she may have to rely on Cain after he offers to find her the money. Cain sets up a meeting with Jai.
Also, Nicola is embarrassed to be on the factory floor and tries to hide when Jimmy arrives. But he soon sees what's going on.
