Rakesh is relieved Vanessa’s onboard with his trust fund plan. Pierce arrives and tells them he’ll put the past behind him.Vanessa’s surprised to see Rhona’s not wearing her wedding ring, but Rhona storms off when she asks if there’s anything going on between her and Pierce. Back at Smithy, Rhona is surprised to see Pierce packing his things. He tells Rhona he’s fallen for her and has to move out, leaving her heartbroken.
Arthur’s excited when the pirate ship is delivered and returns home early from school to build it. But when things don’t go to plan, Arthur offers to help his dad by using the saw. Ashley supervises him, but is momentarily distracted and Arthur cuts his hand. At the hospital, Ashley struggles to cope with the stress and heads off to find someone, leavingArthur alone. Ashley soon becomes confused in the hospital corridor. Will he remember why he is there?
David prepares to head out for his chemo and Jacob hides the fact he’s now obsessing about bacteria and infections. Lawrence overhears Chrissie and Andy searching for details about Ronnie online and he feels like he’s losing his daughter. Will he find a way to reach back out to her? Rishi has set up a date for Jai with Kusam, but Jai realises his dad hasn’t been totally honest.
