With the weight of the world on her shoulders Carol heads to the hospital for her operation but soon finds herself seeking solace in the hospital Chapel.
As Carol is taken into surgery she contemplates how her life is about to change forever.
Meanwhile, Shirley’s suspicions of Dean and Aunt Babe lead her to Blades where she discovers their stash. Shirley confronts them but Dean dismisses her, telling her that he and Aunt Babe are partners. When Aunt Babe and Shirley are alone Aunt Babe is quick to remind Shirley she knows her secret. Desperate for Aunt Babe to keep quiet and to keep Dean out of prison Shirley turns to Phil for help – but will he?
