Tina struggles with the pressure of caring for Sylvie and grows frustrated when a distracted Shirley is more concerned about Phil. As things grow worse for Tina, Sharon kindly tells Shirley to back off and leave Phil to his family giving her food for thought. As Tina crumbles under the pressure, Shirley arrives and makes a suggestion –Tina and Sylvie move in with her.
Stacey pushes forward with finding a new place to live and with no luck renting Masood’s, is thrown a life-line when Tina suggests they take over the lease at Sonia’s. Despite their financial woes, Martin agrees to the idea.
With Phil in hospital, Sharon grows concerned when Ben refuses to visit him forcing Sharon to get to the bottom of what’s going on.
