Lauren is left stung when Joey tells her he wants to take things slow - he doesn't want to hinder her recovery.
She's planning a trip to R&R with the girls but spends the day stressing - she'll be boring without a drink.
Once she's there things are going ok until Whitney confesses she slept with Joey.
Lauren appears to take things well before heading home.
On her way out she picks up a glass of vodka, takes a big gulp then spits it out before falling to her knees crying.
The next night Joey is given the responsibility of running R&R.
He finds drugs and they lead him to Carl - he gets a dark warning to leave well alone, threatening Alice.
Sadie tries to get freebies out of Ian claiming she needs a new caterer, but Denise is wise to her game and informs her that's not the way to make friends in Walford.
Meanwhile, Carl is forced to hide his horror when Max informs him he and Kirsty are back together.
