The residents of Albert Square still try to come to terms with recent events. In shock from the outcome of the shooting, Mick sends an upset Dean to Linda at The Vic to try and calm down. Linda tries to comfort Dean but struggles to get through to him. After Linda shows Dean her maternal side, Dean begins to open up about his feelings. Later on, Dean oversees Linda sharing a heart-felt moment with her family and becomes bitter. The situation soon escalates leading to devastating consequences for Linda.
