Kate Middleton is making the final preparations for her new arrival and this weekend that meant she turned down an invite to Lady Melissa Percy's wedding to Thomas van Straubenzee.
The 31-year-old has officially started her maternity leave after making an appearance earlier this month at the Trooping The Colour to celebrate the Queen's official birthday.
Although, as is apparently typical of Kate, she's not just been lying on the sofa watching TV.
The Duchess was spotted in Hungerford on Saturday doing a spot of shopping, including hunting out some antiques.
The small town is just 30 minutes from her parents' home in Berkshire, where she seems to be staying for the build-up to the big day.
While Kate kept busy elsewhere, her husband Prince William and his little brother Harry were suited and booted for their friends' nuptials.
Harry's girlfriend Cressida Bonas and ex Chelsy Davy were also at the wedding, as were a couple of Wills' former flames.
Also in attendance was Kate's sister Pippa and young princesses Euginie and Beatrice.
While the gentry were enjoying the reception at Alnwick Castle in Northumberland, Kate was spotted pottering around the shops.
She was seen wearing a classic beige mac, black top and trousers and ballet flats.
She seems to be keeping her outfits simple now that she's so far along - it must be nice not to have to wear heels and a hat now that she's taken leave from her public outings!
We reckon she took herself home to put her feet up and watch Wimbledon after she was done with the shops.
Kate is reportedly set to become the royal representative at the sporting event - tennis chiefs are to make her the "Queen of Wimbledon".
This means the style icon will take over the presentation of all trophies - not at this year's tournament though!
